WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

Any items purchased from Madison Romy the Label are returnable within 30 days of purchase excluding sale items and promotional offer items, including freebies, and prizes.

Returns and refunds from international orders are accepted however return shipping fees are not refunded.

All items are only returnable if they are unopened and in original packaging.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Proof of purchase required for all returns and exchanges.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS REFUNDS? 

It takes 5-7 days once we receive the return (based on your bank). 

I USED THE SKIN CARE FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS - AND IT'S NOT FOR ME. CAN I RETURN IT?

Yes.  We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all skin care products. If you have tried it for at least 30 days and are not absolutely stoked with the results, you can return the remainder of your product in exchange for a store credit.

NOTE: Store credits are only given for returned 'used' skin care and for the original value paid for the product excluding shipping.

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING

You are typically responsible for the return shipping cost.
